Game Meat Processing
Watching a rugby game during hunting season with a fizzy beverage in one hand and a piece of biltong or droewors in the other, is part and parcel of our unique South African culture. Hunting is an exciting, and often also freezing, adventure but is a rather expensive outing as is the subsequent processing of the carcass.
Peripherals such as sausage casings and top quality spices are also expensive, but, because we buy in bulk, we pass the savings on to our clients. Interesting but unknown fact:- sometimes there is a sticky, fatty deposit in your mouth after eating droewors which is the result of kidney fat being used. Kings only uses the best quality fat and you will therefore never have this most undesirable experience!
Our processing service includes hanging and drying if required.

We have assembled a large collection of Spit Braai equipment for your hiring convenience, including gas spit braai's that can cook up to 45kg's, coal braai's and potjie pots. We also provide "Machine and Meat" combo's for the Ultimate Spit Braai Convenience.
Our Spit Braai Machines are easy to use, versatile and can be operated either indoors or outdoors. The rotisserie can also work from a small portable generator, so there is no need for Council power should there be none, which is a real possibility as we all know.
